Strong need for individuals to help in these state/localities: New Jersey (entire state and all counties/cities); Philadelphia City/County PA; New York City (all boroughs), Richmond, Kings, Queens, Nassau, Bronx, Westchester, Rockland Counties NY; Fairfield and Hartford Counties CT; Detroit City and Wayne Counties MI; West Virginia (entire state and all counties/cities); South Carolina (entire state and all counties/cities); Atlanta City and Fulton, Dekalb, Rockdale, Clayton Counties GA; Arkansas (entire state and all cities/counties); Louisiana (entire state and all Parishes/cities); Texas (Orange, Jefferson, Chambers, Liberty, Dallas, Tarrant, Bexar Counties; Dallas City, Houston City; Fort Worth City TX); Illinois (S. Chicago City and suburbs; Cook and Will Counties IL); North Dakota interstates; Montana interstates. I have the contact/information needed to get these tasks done and see visable, pleasing improvements that save human life and protect public health.
