Welcome from Docent
Hi, I’m Mike, docent for the Grazing Team.

If you’re a new visitor, please have a look around our site. At the “Photos” link under our team name we have photos that show some typical ranching impacts on western public lands.

We also have maps in the “Files” section that show the various types of public lands on which ranching occurs.

Take a look at our blog to see what we've accomplished since 2009.

Can you help? We have a lot of political work scheduled that you can participate in regardless of where you live in the U.S. To join our team, just click the “Join” button over there in the left column under the photos of team members.

Once you’ve joined the team, you can write blog posts and comments, and upload photos or files (please notify me if you experience technical difficulties). The list of tools is on the left side of the page under the photo of the cow and calf.

We welcome your feedback, ideas, questions. You can share them by clicking “Add Comments” or contact me by email at mike_hudak@yahoo.com.

Or maybe your question is about the Activist Network in general or how to use the tools. Try the Help Team. Get help there from other community members, and maybe later you can be the one giving help. (You can reach the Help Team by clicking on the “Need Help” tab in the upper right corner.)

What's the core team?

Core Team Areas are by invitation only. They are used for private team business like: agendas, minutes, decisions, draft materials which are not ready for public review.

Sierra Club Teams in this online network that have an approved charge (through the Activist Network Coordinating Pair, or through a chapter or group) can have a private core team area. To find out more, contact activist.network@sierraclub.org.
